    METHOD


  • 1. Add chicken wings to a clean large resealable plastic bag
  • 2. Add honey, sesame oil, kosher salt, sriracha sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, ginger, marmalade, cilantro, lime and white wine vinegar to a clean medium bowl
  • 3. Whisk until smooth
  • 4. Transfer marinade to chicken
  • 5. Shake until coated
  • 6. Let rest overnight in fridge
  • 7. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  • 8. Grease a clean baking pan
  • 9. Transfer chicken to baking pan
  • 10. Bake - 55 min, 190°C
  • 11. Serve
