Method
1. Add dried mixed fruit, tea and granulated sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
2. Soak overnight
3. Pre-heat oven - 170°C / 340°F
4. Grease a clean rectangular pan
5. Add egg, self raising flour and marmalade to the soaked fruits
6. Mix in well until combined
7. Pour into rectangular baking receptacle
8. Bake - 1 hr 15 min, 170°C / 340°F
9. Let cool slightly - 10 min
10. Transfer onto cooling rack
11. Serve
