Step preview

  1. Prepare 2 clean loaf pans with parchment paper
  2. Add whole wheat flour, white flour, pin head oats, wheat germ, salt, mixed seeds, baking soda and buttermilk to a clean large mixing bowl
  3. Mix in slowly until well combined then set aside
  4. Mix thoroughly until combined
  5. Pre-heat oven - 150°C
  6. Transfer half of content of large mixing bowl to 2 loaf pans
  7. Transfer the rest of content of large mixing bowl to 2 loaf pans
  8. Bake until browned and let cool - approx 1 hr, 150°C
