  1. Prepare 2 clean loaf pans with parchment paper
  2. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  3. Add whole wheat flour
  4. Add white flour
  5. Add pin head oats
  6. Add wheat germ
  7. Add salt
  8. Add mixed seeds
  9. Add baking soda
  10. Add buttermilk
  11. Mix in slowly until well combined then set aside
  12. Mix thoroughly until combined
  13. Pre-heat - 150°C
  14. Transfer half of content of large mixing bowl to 2 loaf pans
  15. Transfer the rest of content of large mixing bowl to 2 loaf pans
  16. Bake until browned and let cool - approx 1 hr, 150°C
