  • Cheddar cheese icon
    Cheddar cheese350 ggrated
  • Egg icon

  • Beer icon
    Beer2 tablespoons
  • Worcestershire sauce icon
    Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon
  • Dijon mustard icon
    Dijon mustard1 teaspoon

    Method

  • 1. Add cheddar cheese, egg, beer, worcestershire sauce and dijon mustard to a clean medium bowl
  • 2. Season with black pepper and seasoned salt
  • 3. Mix with tablespoon until mixture comes together
  • 4. Pre-heat oven - 200°C / 390°F
  • 5. Spread the cheese mixture on top of the bread
  • 6. Grill until the cheese is melted and starting to turn golden brown
  • 7. Assemble a clean work surface
