Step preview

  1. Get a clean medium bowl
  2. Add grated cheddar cheese
  3. Add beaten egg
  4. Add beer
  5. Add worcestershire sauce
  6. Add dijon mustard
  7. Season with black pepper
  8. Season with seasoned salt
  9. Mix with tablespoon until mixture comes together
  10. Pre-heat - high heat
  11. Prepare a clean work surface
  12. Grill bread slices each side then set aside
  13. Transfer cheese mixture to bread
  14. Grill until golden brown - approx 1 min, medium heat
  15. Assemble
