    Ingredients

  • Coconut milk icon
    Coconut milk400 ml
  • Agave syrup icon
    Agave syrup75 g
  • Vanilla extract icon
    Vanilla extract6 g
  • Cocoa powder icon
    Cocoa powder30 g
  • Coconut water icon
    Coconut water500 ml
  • Chia seeds icon
    Chia seeds170 g
    Method

  • 1. Add coconut milk, agave syrup, vanilla extract, cocoa powder and coconut water to a clean blender jug
  • 2. Blend - 30 sec, low speed
  • 3. Scrape and blend again - 30 sec
  • 4. Add chia seeds to a clean medium bowl
  • 5. Pour liquid into seeds
  • 6. Stir until combined
  • 7. Let rest for 5 min
  • 8. Let rest and continue mixing - 15 min
  • 9. Garnish
