This recipe is great to make the night before (or 2 nights before), or even the morning of while getting ready for the day. Chia seeds are loaded with protein and have a unique texture that takes on the flavor of whatever you hydrate them with.

Step preview

  1. Add coconut milk, agave syrup, vanilla extract, cocoa powder and coconut water to a clean blender jug
  2. Blend - 30 sec, low speed
  3. Scrape
  4. Blend - 30 sec
  5. Add chia seeds to a clean medium bowl
  6. Pour liquid into seeds
  7. Stir until combined
  8. Let rest and mix - 5 min
  9. Let rest and continue mixing - 15 min
  10. Garnish
