    METHOD


  • 1. Add unsalted butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 2. Cream until smooth
  • 3. Add egg and vanilla extract to the dough
  • 4. Mix until well combined
  • 5. Add plain flour, sea salt and bicarbonate of soda to the dough
  • 6. Mix until well blended
  • 7. Add chocolate chips to the dough
  • 8. Mix until just combined
  • 9. Chill in freezer
  • 10. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  • 11. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 12. Scoop dough onto baking sheet
  • 13. Bake until golden brown - 11 min, 175°C
  • 14. Let cool
  • 15. Serve
