A delicious recipe for homemade crunchy Thermomix Granola that’s so simple to make. Just mix everything together in the Thermomix, then toast for half an hour and it’s ready to be enjoyed or stored for later.

  • Coconut oil icon

  • Maple syrup icon

    Method

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 150 C fan forced / 170 C
  • 2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 3. Add coconut oil to the TM5 bowl
  • 4. Cook - approx 1 min, 50°C, speed 1
  • 5. Then add maple syrup, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon to the TM5 bowl
  • 6. Mix with MC in place - approx 3 sec, speed 5
  • 7. Then add rolled oats, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds to the TM5 bowl
  • 8. Mix - approx 20 sec, reverse speed 3
  • 9. Spread the mixture evenly on to the baking tray
  • 10. bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through
  • 11. Mix in the raisins and leave on the baking tray to cool completely
  • 12. Once cooled, the granola can be stored in an airtight container in the pantry for a few weeks
