A delicious recipe for homemade crunchy Thermomix Granola that’s so simple to make. Just mix everything together in the Thermomix, then toast for half an hour and it’s ready to be enjoyed or stored for later.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 150°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Add coconut oil to the TM5 bowl
  4. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Cook - approx 1 min, 50°C, speed 1
  6. Then add maple syrup, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon to the TM5 bowl
  7. Mix - approx 3 sec, speed 5
  8. Then add rolled oats, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds to the TM5 bowl
  9. Mix - approx 20 sec, reverse speed 3
  10. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to baking sheet
  11. Spread evenly
  12. Bake - 15 min, 150°C
  13. Stir
  14. Bake - 15 min, 150°C
  15. Mix raisins into the baking sheet
  16. Let cool
