Method
1. Add spring onion and garlic clove to the TM5 bowl
2. Chop - approx 5 sec, speed 3
3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
4. Add olive oil to the TM5 bowl
5. Sauté - approx 3 min, 37°C, speed 1
6. Then add frozen peas, potato and vegetable stock to the TM5 bowl
7. Cook with MC in place until cooked through - approx 15 min, 37°C, speed 1
8. Then add mint leaves to the TM5 bowl
9. Blend gradually with MC in place - approx 1 min 30 sec, speed 8
10. Then season with black pepper
11. Serve immediately with some fresh mint leaves garnished on top
