This Thermomix Pea and Mint Soup is perfect to warm the soul on a cold dreary day. Made with just a handful of ingredients and ready on the table in under 30 minutes, it’s a nourishing bowl of green goodness.

    500 g (about 4 cups)

    700 ml (about 700 g)

Step preview

  1. Add spring onion and garlic clove to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Chop - approx 5 sec, speed 3
  4. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  5. Add olive oil to the TM5 bowl
  6. Sauté - approx 3 min, 37°C, speed 1
  7. Then add frozen peas, potato and vegetable stock to the TM5 bowl
  8. Cook with MC in place until cooked through - approx 15 min, 37°C, speed 1
  9. Then add mint to the TM5 bowl
  10. Blend gradually - approx 1 min 30 sec, speed 8
  11. Then season with black pepper
  12. Serve immediately
  13. Garnish with mint
