Method
1. Add milk, egg, self raising flour, baking powder and salt to the TM5 bowl
2. Fit the butterfly whisk into the TM bowl
3. Mix - 3 sec, speed 5
4. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
5. Stir gently for 30 sec until smooth to dispel any lumps
6. Let rest for about 30 min
7. Add butter to a clean frying pan
8. Heat butter in frying pan on medium-high heat
9. Spoon batter into frying pan
10. Cook in frying pan until bubbles form - approx 1 min
11. Flip pancakes
12. Cook in frying pan until golden brown - approx 1 min
13. Serve immediately with toppings of choice
