Step preview

  1. Add garlic clove to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 7
  4. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  5. Add butter to the TM5 bowl
  6. Sauté - approx 3 min, 37°C, speed 1
  7. Then add cauliflower to the TM5 bowl
  8. Blitz - approx 3 sec, turbo
  9. Then add vegetable stock to the TM5 bowl
  10. Cook - approx 15 min, 37°C, speed 1
  11. Then add parmesan cheese, single cream and black pepper to the TM5 bowl
  12. Blend gradually - approx 1 min, speed 8
  13. Serve
  14. Top with cheddar cheese
