This heartwarming Thermomix Cheesy Cauliflower Soup can be on the table in under thirty minutes. It’s deliciously creamy and perfect for a crisp winters day.

    Method

  • 1. Add garlic clove to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 7
  • 3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 4. Add butter to the TM5 bowl
  • 5. Sauté - approx 3 min, 100°C, speed 1
  • 6. Then add cauliflower to the TM5 bowl
  • 7. Blitz - approx 3 sec, turbo
  • 8. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 9. Add vegetable stock to the TM5 bowl
  • 10. Cook - approx 15 min, 100°C, speed 1
  • 11. Then add parmesan cheese, single cream and black pepper to the TM5 bowl
  • 12. Blend for 1 min/speed 4, very slowly increasing the speed to 8
  • 13. Serve
  • 14. Top with cheddar cheese
