This Thermomix Mango Sorbet with Mint and Lime tastes just like a Mojito but without the rum! It’s refreshingly creamy, tangy, tropical and naturally sweetened with honey.

    Ingredients

  • Mango icon
    Mango500 gfrozen
  • Mint leaves icon
    Mint leaves5leaves of
  • Lime icon
    Lime½juice of
  • Honey icon
    Honey10 g
  • Egg white icon
    Egg white1
    Method

  • 1. Add mango and mint leaves to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blitz with MC in place 20 sec, speed 9
  • 3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 4. Insert the butterfly whisk
  • 5. Add honey, lime and egg white to the TM5 bowl
  • 6. Leave to thaw and soften for 5-6 minutes so that it's easier for the butterfly to turn
  • 7. Mix until creamy - 1 min 30 sec, speed 3
  • 8. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 9. Blend again for 1-2 mins/speed 3 until lovely and creamy
  • 10. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 11. Serve
