Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Add rhubarb to a clean baking dish
  3. Add brown sugar to the baking dish
  4. Toss until coated
  5. Add plain flour, butter and brown sugar to the TM5 bowl
  6. Mix - approx 20 sec, speed 5
  7. Pour topping into baking dish
  8. Press gently
  9. Bake until golden brown - approx 40 min, 200°C
  10. Serve immediately
