This Thermomix Apple Crumble is a warming winter dessert which can be prepared in minutes. Served with piping hot custard or ice cream, it’s comfort food at it’s finest.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  2. Add apple to a clean baking dish
  3. Add brown sugar and ground cinnamon to the baking dish
  4. Toss until coated
  5. Add plain flour, unsalted butter and brown sugar to the TM5 bowl
  6. Mix - approx 20 sec, speed 5
  7. Scatter topping over baking dish evenly
  8. Press gently
  9. Sprinkle with rolled oats
  10. Bake until golden brown - approx 40 min, 190°C
  11. Serve
