The sauce keeps well in the fridge for up to a week, but I am sure it will be used up by then.

  • Tahini icon
    Tahini2 tablespoonshulled
  • Plain yogurt icon
    Plain yogurt230 g
  • Lemon juice icon
    Lemon juice5 teaspoons
  • Salt & pepper icon
    Salt & pepperas needed
    Method

  • 1. Add plain yogurt and tahini to a clean small bowl
  • 2. Combine until smooth
  • 3. Stir in lemon juice and salt & pepper to the small bowl
  • 4. Season
