  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C

  • 3. Add red bell pepper, courgette, red onion, carrot, asparagus, grape tomato, apple and pear well
  • 4. Add olive oil to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 5. Prepare a clean baking sheet
  • 6. Add sea salt and black pepper
