There is nothing like making your own granola, and I absolutely love it. I like lots of cinnamon and nutmeg, but if you prefer less reduce the amount to a single cinnamon stick and single nutmeg.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 150°C
  2. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
  3. Add cinnamon stick and nutmeg to the TM5 bowl
  4. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Blitz - approx 10 sec, speed 9
  6. Then add raw almonds and walnuts to the TM5 bowl
  7. Blitz - approx 1 sec, turbo
  8. Then add rolled oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, currants, raisins, dried cranberries, shredded coconut, olive oil and runny honey to the TM5 bowl
  9. Mix - approx 4 min, 70°C, reverse speed 2
  10. Divide content of TM5 bowl between 2 baking sheets evenly
  11. Bake - 12 min, 150°C
  12. Stir
  13. Bake - 8 min, 150°C
  14. Stir
  15. Bake - 8 min, 150°C
  16. Let cool completely onto cooling rack
  17. Break
  18. Store in plastic container
