    Method

  • 1. Add garlic clove to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 2. Add soy sauce, runny honey, dried basil, chilli flakes, sea salt and black pepper together
  • 3. Add chicken thigh to the large mixing bowl
  • 4. Prepare a clean slow cooker bowl thoroughly until coated

  • 6. Cook in slow cooker - 6 hr, low heat
  • 7. If you are planning to serve cauliflower puree with the chicken, then get the cauliflower florets ready and into the Veroma to cook later when the chicken is resting
