Ingredients

  • Blanched almonds icon

    57ml (3¾ tbsp)

    200g (about ¾ cup)

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  2. Add blanched almonds to the TM5 bowl
  3. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  4. Blitz - approx 5 sec, speed 10
  5. Transfer dough to small bowl
  6. Add mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to the TM5 bowl
  7. Mix - approx 5 sec, speed 10
  8. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  9. Add egg and sea salt to the dough
  10. Transfer nuts to dough
  11. Mix - approx 20 min, speed 3
  12. Transfer dough to work surface
  13. Divide into halves with dough scraper
  14. Flatten onto work surface
  15. Transfer content of work surface to baking sheet
  16. Bake until lightly browned - approx 8 min, 190°C
  17. Top with Marinara Sauce, mozzarella cheese and chorizo
  18. Bake until cooked through - approx 5 min, 190°C
  19. Garnish with fresh basil
