Method
1. Add garlic clove, cornflour, white pepper, pink Himalayan salt flakes, extra virgin olive oil and minced pork to a clean frying pan
2. Cook in frying pan until fragrant then set aside - medium-high heat
3. Add baby spinach, red cabbage, peanuts, pineapple, spring onion, mint leaves and white rice to the clean medium bowls
4. Top with cooked pork mince mixture
5. Add garlic clove, ginger, coconut sugar, fresh chilli, lime juice, fish sauce, extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil leaves to the TM5 bowl
6. Blend with MC in place 30 sec, speed 8
7. Drizzle salad dressing over salad, and serve immediately
