very versatile flat bread is quick and easy to make when carbs are required. You can use them in anyway you would pita, naan, or ordinary bread.

  • Black pepper icon

    300 g (about 2 ½ cups)

    2 teaspoons (about 8.5 g)

  • Greek yogurt icon

    260 g (about 1 cups)

  • Cumin seeds icon

    2 tablespoons (about 12.6 g)

  • Ground cumin icon

    1 teaspoon (about 2.1 g)

  • Extra virgin olive oil icon

    METHOD


  • 1. Add bread flour, sea salt, golden caster sugar, greek yogurt, cumin seeds, ground cumin and black pepper to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  • 3. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  • 4. Knead - approx 2 min, dough
  • 5. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  • 6. Wrap with plastic wrap and let rise - 15 min
  • 7. Divide into eighths with dough scraper
  • 8. Roll out
  • 9. Add extra virgin olive oil to a clean frying pan
  • 10. Heat in frying pan - medium-high heat
  • 11. Transfer dough to frying pan
  • 12. Fry in frying pan until light golden
  • 13. Serve immediately
