Method
1. Add bread flour, pink Himalayan salt flakes, golden caster sugar, greek yogurt, cumin seeds, ground cumin and black pepper to the TM5 bowl
2. Blend with MC in place - 10 sec, speed 6
3. Knead - 2 min, dough
4. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
5. Wrap with plastic wrap and let rise for at least 15 minutes
6. Divide mixture into 8-10 pieces. Make smaller ones if you wish
7. Roll out each flat bread
8. Add extra virgin olive oil to a clean frying pan
9. Heat in frying pan - medium-high heat
10. Fry each flat bread, turning as they become puffy and golden
11. Serve hot immediately with toppings of choice
