Step preview

  1. Add grape tomato, Thai basil, coriander, fresh basil, mint, spring onion and mixed salad leaves to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Add garlic clove, fresh chilli, green chilli, coconut sugar, sea salt and coriander to the TM5 bowl
  3. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  4. Chop - approx 5 sec, speed 8
  5. Then add mayonnaise and lime juice to the dressing
  6. Blend - approx 5 sec, speed 5
  7. Toss dressing with salad
  8. Top with chicken breast and fresh chilli
  9. Serve with lime
