A very easy, family friendly weeknight meal, dont double it though, just do it twice!! Fragrant, spicy, quick. Cannot ask for more than that.

Step preview

  1. Add garlic clove, onion, fresh chilli and extra virgin olive oil to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Chop - approx 5 sec, speed 5
  4. Sauté - approx 5 min, varoma, speed 1
  5. Add cornflour, white pepper and minced chicken to a clean large mixing bowl
  6. Stir thoroughly until well combined then set aside
  7. Add carrot, fish sauce and tamari to the TM5 bowl
  8. Mix - approx 5 min, varoma, reverse speed 1
  9. Then add courgette to the TM5 bowl
  10. Transfer chicken to TM5 bowl
  11. Mix - approx 10 min, varoma, speed 1
  12. Season to taste
  13. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to large serving bowl
  14. Add noodles to the large serving bowl
  15. Garnish with fresh basil and fresh chilli
