Step preview

  1. Add star anise pod, vanilla bean, golden caster sugar, loose thai tea and water to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Boil - approx 10 min, 100°C, speed 1
  4. Infuse - 15 min
  5. Strain
  6. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  7. Add single cream and condensed milk to the TM5 bowl
  8. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 8
  9. Chill in fridge - approx 3 hr
  10. Serve with ice
