Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 170°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Add maple syrup, tahini and extra virgin olive oil to a clean large mixing bowl and mix
  4. Add rolled oats, oat flour, baking powder, dark chocolate, ground cinnamon and sea salt to the dough
  5. Mix well until combined
  6. Arrange dough in baking sheet
  7. Bake until light golden - 12 min, 170°C
  8. Let cool onto cooling rack
  9. Yum!
