    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  • 2. Prepare a clean baking sheet
  • 3. Add maple syrup, tahini and extra virgin olive oil to a clean large mixing bowl and mix
  • 4. Add rolled oats, oat flour, baking powder, dark chocolate, ground cinnamon and sea salt to the dough
  • 5. Mix well until combined
