Step preview

  1. Add minced chicken, carrot, coriander, ginger, sea salt and black pepper to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Combine well
  3. Shape
  4. Heat a clean medium cast iron skillet - medium-high heat
  5. Add coconut oil to the medium cast iron skillet
  6. Transfer patties to medium cast iron skillet and press down
  7. Cover
  8. Cook until browned - 4 min
  9. Flip
  10. Cook until cooked through
  11. Add red onion, fresh chilli, ginger and coconut oil to a clean saucepan
  12. Sauté until softened - low heat
  13. Remove
  14. Add coconut sugar and water to the saucepan
  15. Stir until sugar has dissolved
  16. Transfer content of saucepan to small bowl
  17. Add crunchy peanut butter, tamari, lime and water to the sauce
  18. Whisk until combined
  19. Serve patties
  20. Serve with sauce
