  • Medjool dates icon

    about ¾ cup (112g)

Step preview

  1. Add mixed nuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds to a clean food processor bowl
  2. Chop - high speed
  3. Add medjool dates, chia seeds, coconut oil and ground cinnamon to the food processor bowl
  4. Process - high speed
  5. Line a clean baking dish with parchment paper
  6. Transfer content of food processor bowl to baking dish and press down
  7. Refrigerate in fridge until set - 1 hr
  8. Cut
