  • Mixed nuts icon

    Method

  • 1. Add mixed nuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds to a clean food processor bowl
  • 2. Chop - high speed
  • 3. Add medjool dates, chia seeds, coconut oil and ground cinnamon to the food processor bowl
  • 4. Process - high speed
  • 5. Line a clean baking dish with parchment paper and spoon mixture in
  • 6. Press down firmly with a spoon until it's tightly packed
  • 7. Refrigerate for 1 hour until set, before cutting into pieces. Best kept in the fridge until ready to serve
