    1 tbsp (about 18 g)
  • Salmon steak icon

    300 g (about 2 ½)
  • Greek yogurt icon

    2 tbsp (about 30 g)

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Add extra virgin olive oil and sriracha sauce to a clean small bowl
  4. Whisk until combined
  5. Add mixed vegetables to the baking sheet
  6. Drizzle baking sheet with sauce and reserve the rest
  7. Bake - approx 20 min, 180°C
  8. Add salmon steak to the baking sheet
  9. Squeeze lemon into the baking sheet
  10. Bake until cooked through - 15 min, 180°C
  11. Add greek yogurt, fresh parsley and lemon to a clean small bowl
  12. Whisk together
  13. Transfer content of baking sheet to serving plate
  14. Drizzle serving plate with dressing
