  • Mixed vegetables icon

  • Sriracha sauce icon

  • Salmon steak icon
    Salmon steak300 g
  • Greek yogurt icon
    Greek yogurt2 tablespoons
    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 179°C
  • 2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 3. Add extra virgin olive oil and sriracha sauce to a clean small bowl
  • 4. Whisk until combined
  • 5. Add mixed vegetables to the baking sheet
  • 6. Drizzle the vegetables with sauce until covered and reserve the rest
  • 7. Bake - approx 20 min, 179°C
  • 8. Add salmon steak to the baking sheet
  • 9. Squeeze lemon over the salmon
  • 10. Bake until cooked through - 15 min, 179°C
  • 11. Add greek yogurt, fresh parsley and lemon to a clean small bowl
  • 12. Whisk together
  • 13. Serve
