Quick and delicious crackers, flavoured with fresh thyme, parmesan and ground black pepper.

    INGREDIENTS


  • Unsalted butter icon
    Unsalted butter

    110 g (about ½ cup)room temperature

  • Parmesan cheese icon
    Parmesan cheese

    100 g (about ¾ cup)grated

  • Sea salt icon

    3 g (about ½ teaspoon)

  • Fresh thyme icon
    Fresh thyme

    10 g (about ¼ cup)minced

  • Black pepper icon

    3 g (about 1 ⅜ teaspoons)freshly ground

  • Plain flour icon
    Plain flour

    150 g (about 1 ¼ cups)

    METHOD


  • 1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 2. Add unsalted butter to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 3. Mix until smooth
  • 4. Add parmesan cheese, sea salt, fresh thyme and black pepper to the large mixing bowl
  • 5. Mix until just combined
  • 6. Add plain flour to the dough gradually while mixing
  • 7. Form into a ball
  • 8. Refrigerate in fridge - 30 min
  • 9. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  • 10. Roll out on lightly-floured surface
  • 11. Cut into squares
  • 12. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  • 13. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 170°C
  • 14. Transfer onto cooling rack
