Step preview

  1. Add greek yogurt, lemon, honey, extra virgin olive oil, tamarind paste, ginger, coriander, cumin seeds, sea salt and black pepper to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blend - approx 30 sec, speed 6
  4. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl then set aside
  5. Add red cabbage to the TM5 bowl
  6. Chop - approx 4 sec, speed 4
  7. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to serving plate
  8. Top with cucumber, bean sprout, coriander and spring onion
  9. Drizzle salad with dressing
