    Method

  • 1. Add greek yogurt, lemon, honey, extra virgin olive oil, tamarind paste, ginger, cilantro, cumin seeds, sea salt and black pepper to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend with MC in place 30 sec, speed 6
  • 3. Remove from bowl and set aside
  • 4. Add red cabbage to the TM5 bowl
  • 5. Chop for 4 sec, speed 4
  • 6. Place onto serving platter and top with cucumber, bean sprouts, cilantro and green onion
  • 7. Drizzle with dressing to taste
