Method
1. Add salmon filet to the varoma tray and dish
2. Sprinkle with pink Himalayan salt flakes then set aside
3. Add pineapple and mango to a clean large mixing bowl
4. Add fresh chilli and coconut sugar to the TM5 bowl
5. Chop with MC in place 5 sec, speed 6
6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
7. Add red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, coriander, lime and pink Himalayan salt flakes to the TM5 bowl
8. Chop for 4 sec, speed 5
9. Turn into bowl with pineapple and mango and toss gently
10. Measure rice into simmering basket and insert into the clean Thermomix bowl
11. Pour water into the TM5 bowl
12. Steam for 10 min, 100°C, speed 3
13. Set steamer into position and steam salmon 5 min/Varoma/speed 4
14. Serve salmon on a bed of rice with salsa over
15. Garnish with coriander leaves and fresh chilli as desired
