    Method

  • 1. Add salmon filet to the varoma tray and dish
  • 2. Sprinkle with pink Himalayan salt flakes then set aside
  • 3. Add pineapple and mango to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 4. Add fresh chilli and coconut sugar to the TM5 bowl
  • 5. Chop with MC in place 5 sec, speed 6
  • 6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 7. Add red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, coriander, lime and pink Himalayan salt flakes to the TM5 bowl
  • 8. Chop for 4 sec, speed 5
  • 9. Turn into bowl with pineapple and mango and toss gently
  • 10. Measure rice into simmering basket and insert into the clean Thermomix bowl
  • 11. Pour water into the TM5 bowl
  • 12. Steam for 10 min, 100°C, speed 3
  • 13. Set steamer into position and steam salmon 5 min/Varoma/speed 4
  • 14. Serve salmon on a bed of rice with salsa over
  • 15. Garnish with coriander leaves and fresh chilli as desired
