    Method

  • 1. Add pomegranate molasses, balsamic vinegar, orange, extra virgin olive oil and honey to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend - approx 6 sec, speed 6
  • 3. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to medium glass bowl then set aside
  • 4. Add carrot to the TM5 bowl
  • 5. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 4
  • 6. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  • 7. Add fresh beetroot and mint leaves to the TM5 bowl
  • 8. Chop - approx 5 sec, speed 4
  • 9. Then add raisins, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  • 10. Transfer carrots to TM5 bowl
  • 11. Blend - approx 4 sec, speed 3
  • 12. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to large serving bowl
  • 13. Drizzle salad with dressing
