If healthy is what you are after, this is certainly it. If you are not really a raw foodist, don’t soak the wild rice, go ahead and cook it. Either way, I am pretty confident this will end up on regular rotation. Happy Rawthentic Mixing!

Step preview

  1. Add wild rice to a clean large glass bowl
  2. Soak - approx 72 hr
  3. Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, paprika and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  4. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Blitz - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  7. Add garlic clove, fresh chilli, coconut sugar, extra virgin olive oil, lime and coriander to the TM5 bowl
  8. Blend - approx 4 sec, speed 6
  9. Then add walnuts to the TM5 bowl
  10. Chop - approx 2 sec, speed 4
  11. Transfer rice to TM5 bowl
  12. Mix - approx 2 sec, dough
  13. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to large serving bowl
  14. Serve with lettuce, red bell pepper, spring onion, black olives, grape tomato, avocado and lime
