Method
1. Add onion, garlic clove and extra virgin olive oil to the TM5 bowl
2. Chop with MC fitted - 5 sec, speed 7
3. Add curry paste
4. Sauté - approx 5 min, Varoma, speed 1
5. Then add tamarind paste and prawns to the TM5 bowl
6. Cook - approx 5 min, Varoma, reverse gentle stir
7. Add tomatoes
8. Cook - approx 5 min, Varoma, reverse gentle stir
9. Then season with pink Himalayan salt flakes, 5 drops of black pepper essential oil and cilantro
10. Serve
