On nights when you can't get dinner on the table quick enough, you will love this simple yet flavourful prawn curry. Less than 20 minutes, and ready!

    Method

  • 1. Add onion, garlic clove and extra virgin olive oil to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Chop with MC fitted - 5 sec, speed 7
  • 3. Add curry paste
  • 4. Sauté - approx 5 min, Varoma, speed 1
  • 5. Then add tamarind paste and prawns to the TM5 bowl
  • 6. Cook - approx 5 min, Varoma, reverse gentle stir
  • 7. Add tomatoes
  • 8. Cook - approx 5 min, Varoma, reverse gentle stir
  • 9. Then season with pink Himalayan salt flakes, 5 drops of black pepper essential oil and cilantro
  • 10. Serve
