Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C, middle rack
2. Grease a clean 24 cm round cake tin
3. Add butter to the TM5 bowl
4. Mix - approx 40 sec, 50°C, speed 4
5. Then add plain yogurt, whole milk, vanilla bean paste and egg to the TM5 bowl
6. Mix - approx 10 sec, speed 3
7. Then add golden caster sugar, self raising flour and malt powder to the batter
8. Mix - approx 10 sec, speed 3
9. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
10. Mix - approx 30 sec, speed 3
11. Pour batter into cake tin
12. Smooth the top
13. Bake - 1 hr, 170°C, middle rack
14. Cool - 15 min
15. Move onto cooling rack to cool completely before icing
