    Ingredients

  • Whole milk icon
    Whole milk1 L
  • Powdered milk icon
    Powdered milk50 g
  • Whole milk yogurt icon
    Whole milk yogurt50 g
    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 40°C
  • 2. Add whole milk and powdered milk to the TM5 bowl
  • 3. Heat for 15 min, 80°C, speed 4
  • 4. Let cool
  • 5. Clean 2 jars
  • 6. Heat 2 clean jars in the oven until sterile
  • 7. Add whole milk yogurt to the milk mixture
  • 8. Blend for 10 sec, speed 4
  • 9. Transfer milk mixture to 2 jars
  • 10. Seal
  • 11. Bake - 6 hr, 40°C
  • 12. Remove and Let Cool
  • 13. Serve
