Method
1. Just before going to bed add almonds to the TM5 bowl
2. Blend with MC on - 10 sec, speed 10
3. Then add kefir cultured milk, eggs, salt flakes and vanilla bean paste
4. Blend with MC on - 10 sec, speed 6
5. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
6. Chill overnight in fridge
7. In the morning, heat a fry pan on meium heat/Induction 6 for at least 10 minutes
8. Remove Thermomix bowl from fridge
9. Add baking soda
10. Blend with MC on - 6 sec, speed 6
11. Melt a little butter in heated frypan
12. Pour a small amount of the batter into the centre of the fry pan and allow to cook until bubbles come through
13. Carefully flip and cook on both sides. They are a little more delicate than normal pancakes as well, so be gentle
14. Serve immediately with hot berry sauce, a little yoghurt or cream and a dusting of icing sugar
