Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside onion: peeled & halved
  2. Prep and set aside lemon: juice of
  3. Prep and set aside tomato: diced
  4. Get a clean frying pan
  5. Add coriander seeds
  6. Add cumin seeds
  7. Toast in frying pan
  8. Transfer seeds to TM5 bowl
  9. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  10. Blend - approx 1 min, speed 8
  11. Add prepared onion
  12. Chop - approx 5 sec, speed 5
  13. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  14. Add chilli flakes
  15. Add garlic clove
  16. Add ginger
  17. Add extra virgin olive oil
  18. Add water
  19. Add prepared lemon
  20. Add ground turmeric
  21. Add sea salt
  22. Add prepared tomato
  23. Cook - approx 1 hr, 80°C, speed 2
  24. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to jar
  25. Refrigerate in fridge
