Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside tomato: quartered
  2. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Add prepared tomato
  4. Add extra virgin olive oil
  5. Add sea salt
  6. Add bay leaves
  7. Add fresh parsley
  8. Blend with MC in place - approx 10 sec, speed 8
  9. Cook - approx 45 min, varoma, speed 1
  10. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  11. Blend with MC in place - approx 1 min, speed 9
  12. Cook - approx 15 min, varoma, speed 1
  13. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to ice cube tray
  14. Freeze
