Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside white chocolate: broken up
  2. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Add prepared white chocolate
  4. Add vanilla bean paste
  5. Cook - approx 35 min, varoma, speed 1
  6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  7. Pour onto silicone baking mat
  8. Add dried cranberries
  9. Add pistacchios and press down
  10. Sprinkle with sea salt
  11. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon
  12. Let cool completely on round wire rack
