    250g (about 1½ cups)
  • Vanilla bean paste icon

    1 tsp (5g)
  • Dried cranberries icon

    about ¼ cup (28g)
  • Pistacchios icon
    Pistacchios
    about ¼ cup (31g)
  • Sea salt icon

Step preview

  1. Add white chocolate and vanilla bean paste to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Cook - approx 35 min, varoma, speed 1
  4. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  5. Pour onto silicone baking mat
  6. Add dried cranberries and pistacchios to the mixture and press down
  7. Sprinkle with sea salt and ground cinnamon
  8. Let cool completely on round wire rack
