A very delicious orange smoothie...as green is not everyone's favourite colour. It is full of vitamin C goodness.

  • Kale icon
    Kale20 gdestalked
  • Kiwi icon
    Kiwi2peeled
  • Orange icon
    Orange½peeled
  • Celery stalk icon
    Celery stalk½chopped
  • Fresh parsley icon
    Fresh parsley3 sprigs
  • Ice icon
    Iceas needed
  • Wild orange essential oil icon
    Wild orange essential oil1 dash
    Method

  • 1. Add kale, kiwi, orange, celery stalk, fresh parsley and ice to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend with MC in place approx 2 min, speed 10 or until desired texture is reached
  • 3. Serve and drink immediately. This will separate pretty quickly and should be re-blended before drinking
