Step preview

  1. Get the simmering basket
  2. Add brown rice
  3. Rinse with water
  4. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Add water
  6. Steam rice and let cool - approx 30 min, 100°C, speed 4
  7. Drain TM5 bowl
  8. Transfer rice to TM5 bowl
  9. Add water
  10. Blend - approx 2 min, speed 10
  11. Strain with muslin cloth
  12. Return
  13. Add strawberries
  14. Add vanilla bean paste
  15. Add sea salt
  16. Add maple syrup
  17. Add water
  18. Blend - approx 30 sec, speed 10
  19. Serve
