This delicious smoothie is a great start to any day. Packed full of protein and flavour, you will be off and running with this under your belt.

  • Banana icon
    Banana140 gfrozen, chopped
  • Crunchy peanut butter icon
    Crunchy peanut butter40 g
  • Coconut milk icon
    Coconut milk300 g
  • Pink himalayan salt flakes icon
    Pink himalayan salt flakes1 pinch
  • Ground cinnamon icon
    Ground cinnamon1 teaspoon
  • Cacao nibs icon
    Cacao nibs2 teaspoons
    Method

  • 1. Add crunchy peanut butter, banana, coconut milk, sea salt, ground cinnamon to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend with MC on - 2 min, speed 9
  • 3. Serve sprinkled with cacao nibs and more on the side to add to taste
