If you are after a cooling drink for those curry nights, this is the ticket. And so pretty as well! We have used Thai basil, but you can use any basil.

    200 ml (about 200 g)
  • Thai basil icon

    6 (about 6 g)
  • Runny honey icon

    50 g (about 2 ⅜ tbsp)
