If you are after a cooling drink for those curry nights, this is the ticket. And so pretty as well! We have used Thai basil, but you can use any basil.

  • Pistacchios icon
    Pistacchios20 gshelled, coarsely chopped
  • Greek yogurt icon
    Greek yogurt500 g
  • Coconut milk icon
    Coconut milk200 ml
  • Thai basil icon
    Thai basil1 handfulleaves of, plus more for garnish
  • Runny honey icon
    Runny honey50 g
    Method

  • 1. Add greek yogurt, milk, 6 Thai basil leaves and honey to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend with MC in place until well combined - speed 10
  • 3. Serve garnished with the pistachios and a basil leaf
