If you are after a cooling drink for those curry nights, this is the ticket. And so pretty as well! We have used Thai basil, but you can use any basil.

  1. Prep and set aside pistacchios: shelled & coarsely chopped
  2. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Add greek yogurt
  4. Add milk
  5. Add Thai basil
  6. Add honey
  7. Blend until well combined - speed 10
  8. Garnish with prepared pistacchios
