These crispy fish bites make the perfect filling for fish tacos! Play with toppings and garnishes, like fresh coriander, avocado, lime, smoky chipotle salsa, or shredded cabbage.

Step preview

  1. Add parmesan cheese to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blitz - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  4. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  5. Add polenta, onion powder, garlic powder, ground cumin, ground coriander and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  6. Mix - approx 5 sec, speed 5
  7. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to plate
  8. Add extra virgin olive oil to a clean frying pan halfway
  9. Heat in frying pan - medium heat
  10. Add egg and fish fillet to a clean large mixing bowl
  11. Toss until combined
  12. Dip fish into dry ingredients
  13. Fry bit by bit until golden brown - 4 min, medium heat
  14. Drain with paper towels
  15. Sprinkle with salt generously
  16. Serve
