Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside parmesan cheese: cubed
  2. Prep and set aside egg: beaten
  3. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  4. Add prepared parmesan cheese
  5. Blitz - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  7. Add polenta
  8. Add onion powder
  9. Add garlic powder
  10. Add ground cumin
  11. Add ground coriander
  12. Add sea salt
  13. Mix - approx 5 sec, speed 5
  14. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to plate
  15. Get a clean frying pan
  16. Add extra virgin olive oil halfway
  17. Heat in frying pan - medium heat
  18. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  19. Add prepared egg
  20. Add cubed fish fillet
  21. Toss until combined
  22. Dip fish into dry ingredients
  23. Fry bit by bit until golden brown - 4 min, medium heat
  24. Drain with paper towels
  25. Sprinkle with salt generously
  26. Serve
