Method
1. Add parmesan cheese to the TM5 bowl
2. Blitz with MC in place - approx 10 sec, speed 10
3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
4. Add polenta, onion powder, garlic powder, ground cumin, ground coriander and pink Himalayan salt flakes to the TM5 bowl
5. Mix with MC in place - approx 5 sec, speed 5
6. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to plate
7. Add extra virgin olive oil to a clean frying pan halfway
8. Heat in frying pan - medium heat
9. Add egg and fish fillet to a clean large mixing bowl
10. Toss until combined
11. Dip fish into dry ingredients
12. Fry bit by bit until golden brown - 4 min, medium heat
13. Drain with paper towels
14. Sprinkle with pink Himalayan salt flakes generously
15. Serve
