One of my all time favourite desserts has to be a flan & this delicious cinnamony and orange version is amazing! What's not to love about that combo?

Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside orange: zest of
  2. Get a clean frying pan
  3. Add golden caster sugar
  4. Fry for 10min on medium heat until completely melted while stirring occasionally
  5. Transfer content of frying pan to round pan
  6. Let cool completely
  7. Pre-heat
  8. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  9. Add milk
  10. Add condensed milk
  11. Add egg
  12. Add egg yolk
  13. Add cornflour
  14. Add single cream
  15. Add prepared orange
  16. Add ground cinnamon
  17. Add vanilla bean paste
  18. Blend for approx 15s
  19. Transfer custard to round pan
  20. Place caramel on baking dish
  21. Add water halfway
  22. Cook for 45min until set
  23. Let cool completely
  24. Refrigerate in fridge for 4h
  25. Serve
