This sweet Horchata is a refreshing dairy-free milky drink with a base of rice and cashew nuts. It's a traditional Mexican beverage with a hint of cinnamon that makes a great stand-in for a dairy-free smoothie or milkshake. Just soak rice and nuts overnight, then blend up in the morning. Serve over ice with a fruity garnish.

  2. Add white rice
  3. Add cashew nuts
  4. Add water
  5. Soak - approx 8 hr
  6. Add sesame seeds
  7. Add coconut sugar
  8. Add cinnamon stick
  9. Add water
  10. Blend - approx 2 min, speed 9
  11. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  12. Blend - approx 30 sec, speed 9
  13. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  14. Drain with sieve
  15. Serve with frozen strawberries
