    30g (about 2½ tbsp)
  • Ice icon
    300g (about 1¼ cups)
  • Silver tequila icon
    Silver tequila
    63ml (4¼ tbsp)
  • Cointreau icon
    29ml (2 tbsp)
  • Lime juice icon
    Lime juice
    30g (about 1)
  • Lime icon
    as needed

Step preview

  1. Add sea salt to a clean plate
  2. Rub lime onto the clean margarita glasses
  3. Dip
  4. Refrigerate in fridge - 5 min
  5. Add caster sugar to the TM5 bowl
  6. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  7. Blitz - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  8. Then add ice, silver tequila, cointreau and lime juice to the TM5 bowl
  9. Blend - approx 30 sec, speed 10
  10. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to 2 margarita glasses
  11. Serve with lime
