Step preview

  1. Get a clean frying pan
  2. Add chilli flakes
  3. Add cayenne pepper
  4. Add paprika
  5. Add cumin seeds
  6. Add sea salt
  7. Add garlic powder
  8. Add black peppercorns
  9. Add cinnamon stick
  10. Toast in frying pan until fragrant - medium-high heat
  11. Let cool slightly
  12. Transfer spices to TM5 bowl
  13. Add cacao nibs
  14. Add coconut sugar
  15. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  16. Blitz - approx 20 sec, speed 10
  17. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to air tight container
  18. Store
