Step preview

  1. Add chilli flakes, cayenne pepper, paprika, cumin seeds, sea salt, garlic powder, black peppercorns and cinnamon stick to a clean frying pan
  2. Toast in frying pan until fragrant - medium-high heat
  3. Let cool slightly
  4. Transfer spices to TM5 bowl
  5. Add cacao nibs and coconut sugar to the TM5 bowl
  6. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  7. Blitz - approx 20 sec, speed 10
  8. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to air tight container
  9. Store
