Super fragrant, and easy to mix up and keep on standby in the pantry. This will add tons of rich and spicy flavour to any dish you use it in!

  • Chilli flakes icon
    Chilli flakes2 teaspoons
  • Cayenne pepper icon
    Cayenne pepper2 teaspoons
  • Paprika icon
    Paprika2 teaspoons
  • Cumin seeds icon
    Cumin seeds2 teaspoons
  • Sea salt icon
    Sea salt2 teaspoons
  • Garlic powder icon

  • Black peppercorns icon

  • Cinnamon stick icon

  • Cacao nibs icon

    Method

  • 1. Add chilli flakes, cayenne pepper, paprika, cumin seeds, sea salt, garlic powder, black peppercorns and cinnamon stick to a clean frying pan
  • 2. Toast in frying pan until fragrant - medium-high heat
  • 3. Let cool slightly
  • 4. Transfer spices to TM5 bowl
  • 5. Add cacao nibs and coconut sugar to the TM5 bowl
  • 6. Blitz with MC in place - approx 20 sec, speed 10
  • 7. Store in airtight container until use
