Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside potato: quartered
  2. Prep and set aside tinned red kidney beans: drained
  3. Prep and set aside red bell pepper: diced
  4. Prep and set aside yellow bell pepper: diced
  5. Prep and set aside green bell pepper: diced
  6. Prep and set aside grape tomato: halved
  7. Prep and set aside avocado: diced
  8. Prep and set aside spring onion: sliced
  9. Pre-heat on medium-high heat
  10. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  11. Add water
  12. Boil for approx 8min
  13. Get the varoma dish
  14. Add prepared potato
  15. Steam for approx 25min until tender
  16. Transfer potatoes to plate
  17. Drain TM5 bowl
  18. Add cubed parmesan cheese
  19. Add cubed cheddar cheese
  20. Blitz for approx 10s
  21. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl then set aside
  22. Retrieve TM5 bowl
  23. Add coriander
  24. Add extra virgin olive oil
  25. Add taco seasoning
  26. Add garlic
  27. Chop for approx 3s
  28. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  29. Sauté for approx 5min
  30. Get a clean baking sheet
  31. Add ear of sweetcorn
  32. Grill evenly on medium-high heat
  33. Shuck
  34. Transfer potatoes to TM5 bowl
  35. Transfer half of cheese mixture to TM5 bowl
  36. Blend for approx 7s

  38. Stir in chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  39. Stir in mayonnaise
  40. Stir in prepared tinned red kidney beans
  41. Stir in prepared red bell pepper
  42. Stir in prepared yellow bell pepper
  43. Stir in prepared green bell pepper
  44. Stir in prepared grape tomato
  45. Stir in prepared avocado
  46. Stir in prepared spring onion
  47. Transfer the rest of cheese mixture to TM5 bowl
  48. serve with sour cream
