Step preview

  1. Add almonds to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Chop - approx 4 sec, speed 7
  4. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  5. Add coconut cream, sea salt, vanilla bean paste and ground cinnamon to the TM5 bowl
  6. Cook - approx 16 min, 90°C, reverse speed 1
  7. Let rest until thickened
  8. Drizzle with honey
  9. Arrange mango in the TM5 bowl
  10. Sprinkle with pistacchios
  11. Add raspberries and blueberries to the TM5 bowl
  12. Top with coconut cream
