  1. Prep and set aside mango: peeled & sliced
  2. Prep and set aside coconut cream: whipped
  3. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  4. Add almonds
  5. Chop - approx 4 sec, speed 7
  6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  7. Add coconut cream
  8. Add sea salt
  9. Add vanilla bean paste
  10. Add ground cinnamon
  11. Cook - approx 16 min, 90°C, reverse speed 1
  12. Let rest until thickened
  13. Drizzle with honey
  14. Arrange prepared mango
  15. Sprinkle with pistacchios
  16. Add raspberries
  17. Add blueberries
  18. Top with prepared coconut cream
